Unlike wireless switches that rely on dry batteries for power supply or traditional switches that require pre-embedded wires, the core innovation of the wireless kinetic switch lies in its built-in micro kinetic energy generation module. At the moment a user presses the switch, the magnetic core inside the module cuts the coil to generate an induced current. The generated electricity can directly power the wireless transmission chip inside the switch, forming a closed loop of "pressing to generate electricity and generating electricity for communication".
"Our R&D team has spent three years making breakthroughs, improving the power generation efficiency to the industry-leading level. Only a pressing force of 50 grams is needed to generate a stable voltage of 3.3V, which can meet the requirement of one wireless signal transmission. The transmission distance can reach 30 meters, and it supports penetration through 2-3 walls," Li Ming, the technical director of the enterprise, said in an interview. He added that the switch does not require any external power source and has a service life of more than 100,000 times, fundamentally solving the pain points of traditional switches such as "battery leakage and corrosion" and "wiring damaging decoration".
